Would not recommend this company. They pressured me into signing a contract up front to perform the roof repair work at the same cost as my adjusted insurance claim. They came out at the same time as my insurance company and pressured them into giving a higher estimate of the damage. This didn't affect me negatively, but I don't think it was fair to my insurance company. There was also a clause in the fine print of my contract saying that there would be a 10% penalty for backing out before the work was done. Most companies don't make you sign such agreements. Not wanting to be charged this fee, I reluctantly had them proceed with the work. To my surprise, the work was performed on time and appeared to be of good quality. They came back and fixed an issue I was having with the roof vents. However, I still would not recommend them due to their business practices. Take the time to get several estimates first and select a company based on Better Business ratings. Unless you're having problems getting a fair adjustment from your insurance company, I don't see the need for a roofing company to haggle them for a higher estimate. It only serves the purpose of increasing their profit margin. If you have good insurance, they will cover the damages.

Ed LeBlanc came out a day after we called and had a crew immediately put tarps on our roof (because of Hurricaine Gustav). He then proceeded to get us samples of various roof tiles. We had to check out several samples, not all on the same day, but he was very willing to drop off different samples at different times to make sure we got what we wanted. He was very friendly while being completely professional. All the work was done in as soon as possible timing which suited our needs. We are very happy with our roof and the timely fashion it was installed and in Ed's promptness in getting the job done. Also, he always made himself available to us for any questions we might have had.
