In May, 2012 my family and I were relocating from out of state to Baton Rouge, LA. We needed a realtor to help us find a home. We checked Angie?s List. We identified a Re/Max Plus realtor for the Baton Rouge, LA area. We called Re/Max Plus and were put in touch with Brandy Helms.
Brandy is extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhoods in the Baton Rouge metro area. She compiled a list of properties that aligned quite nicely with our preferences and price range. She escorted us to tour each of the potential properties. She thoroughly explained the details of home purchasing in Louisiana including the home warranty. Brandy always responded promptly and
professionally to our questions. She was personable and easy to work with.
Brandy maintained contact with us throughout the entire process. She prepared us for the closing phase of home purchasing. She marshaled a number of resources, which included recommending a locally operated mortgage broker. She also provided a contact at Sears for home appliances.
We will most definitely recommend Brandy Helms to anyone who may need a realtor. We are most satisfied with our home purchase. We appreciate all that she did for us. It was truly a pleasure having Brandy on our team!
