As we began to put ideas on paper and start with our house plans, we did a very thorough search for the perfect contractor to build this home that we waited 11 years to build. In doing our research, all arrows pointed to PCG. From the very beginning, Rick and his staff surpassed all of our expectations. I didn't get just a wonderful, amazingly talented contractor, he is a master craftsman equipped with a team that worked with me to ensure everything went smoothly. And it DID. Before we even cleared our land, we had a lengthy meeting. PCG didn't just say "Yes, we will build your home". They went above and beyond. Rick sat with us for hours, getting to know us, our family. He wanted this not only to be a stunning home, but one that fit our lives perfectly. I've never seen or heard of a company caring so much before the first tree was cleared.
He was with us every step of the way, and when I was in doubt about choosing a distinct style for the trim in my kitchen, tile, crown molding, all of those many choices there are to make- he would tell my what he thought would be best. His vision for elegant perfection is his gift. Every choice we made was the right one. It was better than what my ideas could have ever been.
Also, in building my home, Rick's passion for this project often brought me to tears. He meticulously added his unique talent to make this house not only the best built house in terms of structure, energy efficiency, sound, traffic patterns, etc. but a house that was equally functional and has a "wow factor" to anyone who enters. During construction, there are always changes to be made, options to make an area even better. We made changes, and I was initially hesitant with change. Each and every one of Rick's suggestions were not only better, but blew me away. Towards the end of the project, I literally would say "What would you do? What do you see for this area?" The trust I had with him was indescribable. His suggestions were pure perfection.

I still pull up in my driveway and can't believe this is my home. Every part of this project was exciting, stress free, enjoyable, and beautiful. I cannot express how much I enjoyed the entire process. How many people can say that? I was warned by many that building a home was one of the most stressful things a marriage can go through. Well, we had a completely opposite experience with PCG. I loved every bit of building my beautiful home. Thank you, PCG! We are honored to have worked with you in building this gorgeous home!

This month we celebrate 5 years in our home. Thank you Precision Construction Group for exceeding our expectations. We love our home and you made the process so enjoyable! Job was finished within budget and in a timely fashion. Although during the project a problem occurred with the installation of the new heated tile floor by the flooring subcontractor, the general contractor handled that professionally and made sure the problem was resolved to our satisfaction and with no additional expense to us. Everyone who has come to see the finished product has said that it is a spectacular master bath, and bears no resemblance to what it replaced. The contractor went above and beyond the call of duty of the project by doing things like adding additional insulation to the master bath area of the house to improve its energy efficiency. At the end of the project, we felt that we had a bathroom even better than what we had hoped for before the project began.

Precision was a pleasure to work with. Rick truly went above and beyond to ensure that the entire process went smoothly, and the result is beautiful. We love our downstairs addition, and we especially love our back yard. Precision does not cut corners, and they do not skimp on quality of materials or workmanship. We are detail-oriented people, having lived in many houses over the years that needed work done, and Precision did not disappoint. The crews were punctual and friendly, and Rick always made himself available, should we need to contact him with any concerns. He was very hands-on, often on the site for long periods of time with his crews. We have called Precision for assistance in many of our house repairs and alterations and would not hesitate to call again for future projects.

Both projects were very easy.  There was a construction schedule that was adhered to, pending weather.   He kept me on schedule for selecting finishes and was easy to reach at any time.  I have remodeled several homes and built a few as well,   he is my favorite contractor and I cannot say enough good things about this company and the young man that owns it.  He is on time, professional and has great contacts for subs.  He is very detailed, knows his trade and is an honest man of great character.
