Aug. 19, 2020 My husband called them days ago, gave them his info, & made an appt to go in @ 8am this morning to leave his car for work. We drive 30 mins from our house (it takes my hubby more stamina to do that now post cancer). Get there & Steve(?) flippantly says, "Nah..too busy..I can't do it for another 3 days." So we take our time to drive quite a distance there, & to give you business & THAT'S how you treat us? So I called Steve.. I said, "Listen, let me explain my hubby's situation. It was not right how you handled this..why didn't you call us to let us know? We wouldve come in a later day?!" HE WAS NEVER APOLOGETIC TO ME. Kept repeating "things were out of my control"..and then, after I told him it WAS in his control to call and let us know ahead of time that we could've delayed the visit/work...HE HUNG UP ON ME. That's fine, sir..I will post this, along with all your OTHER negative reviews (ie on yelp), far & wide. Don't use this rude, unprofessional service, people!

These guys are excellent. They enjoy what they do and he's been doing it all his life. I also understand he has hired one of the best transmission rebuilders in the Baton Rouge area from another respected shop. That says a lot.

Met the owner Jim Nations about a noise in the rear end of my 2007 Tahoe. He and I took a 15 minute drive so he could diagnois the problem. The rear end required a bearing and seal kit. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they showed me the bad part that was causing the noise. I also had them service the transmission. Very knowledgeable and very curtious. I thought the price was fair for the labor and parts it took to do the job. Rear end is noise free. Very happy.

Keith is the best transmission guy around. He tells it like it is, makes good decisions, and delivers quality work. My old truck drives better than ever and it's dependable now. Worth the money for the best mechanic around.

The work was done on time, under budget, and I am very satisfied with the results. I would gladly use them again.
Keith (proprietor) is a real pro mechanic. He does not mislead his customers. He is straight forward and honest about what your vehicle needs and does only the work authorized.
My old '59 truck had serious front end problems. The camber was way off on both front wheels, there was a lot of slack in the steering, and it made a loud bumping noise whenever the truck made a right hand turn.
Keith replaced the tie rod (it was bent), replaced all of the suspension bushings on the entire truck, and aligned the
front end. He even found an oil line that was leaking and replaced it, even though that was not what the truck was brought in for.
