Mr. Johnson spent several half days doing prep work. He was meticulous and clean. He supervised all stages of work. The actual spraying of foam took a full day. We are very satisfied with his work. He is a perfectionist. I checked his work and everything looked great.

Prep work done with diligence. David noticed a joist had been destroyed by termites (no longer present) and just charged me for materials to replace it. He could have kept quiet and sprayed over it. The sprayers were there for half of a day and were neat and friendly. Great job, guys.

David made the process very easy for us. He was punctual, informative and a good communicator from start to finish. He recommended an open cell foam that was well suited to insulate our pine wood floors; and was actually less expensive than other options. They scheduled our installation for less than one week from the time he gave our estimate. I was not home when they were working but they left the area clean and the work was completed on time. I highly recommend their services.

I called them for an estimate and they were able to come out right away. It was a couple of weeks before I could call them back to confirm, but they were able to fit me in right away. They were true to their estimate and there were no surprises. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially considering I am a first time homeowner and know nothing about insulation. I would recommend All Star to anyone.

They were wonderful and we were very pleased. The inspector who looked at the job after it was done was not satisfied with it so had them come back. He had some recommendations that would help cool the house more. He gave us a recommendation for someone to do additional work and he kept tabs on the progress of the work as it progressed. I felt confident using him and would use him again in the future.

The two young men who showed up at my home were extremely polite. They took great pains to protect my floors, window sill, and items in the attic. The only caveat was that they could have cleaned up just a little better, but this is small compared to the great work they did.

David gave us the quote then set an appointment for the sprayers to come. David also did some of the prepping work needed (duct for the heater and pulling the fiberglass insulation). The sprayers were on time and were very neat. The protected our floors. There was no mess and they were done within a day.

All walls and floors (mostly carpet) were covered before the installation. The job was completed in a timely manner and only minimal cleanup was necessary when the protective covering was removed. The results have been amazing - the attic as well as the second story rooms are noticably cooler.

David was the best price for the job. We had new construction on two floors and needed insulation in the attic and under the house. We were still having framing done and couldn't do it all at once, so he agreed to do the job in segments as we were able to finish sections. When the truck malfunctioned one time, he came back on the weekend to finish the work. His crew were careful and precise in application and he never tried to oversell us on what we needed. When we needed to fill some cracks in the siding he helped us so that we could do it ourselves to finish. The insulation works fantastically- on hot days the interior is comfortable even without AC.
