Pat Anderson and her team at ReMax PLUS is THE most client-oriented group I?ve ever had the pleasure of working with in any type of industry.  They?re friendly, detail oriented, and at the top of their game.  During the three month process of building a house in a new development, the team called and corresponded with me regularly.  I never had to wait more than 24 hours for the answer to a question.  
When the inevitable little problems popped up, Pat never skipped a beat or broke a sweat ? whatever it was, she took care of it.  And that is perhaps the single biggest reason to go with Pat Anderson?s team:  you can?t avoid little issues that come up.  With these guys, nothing was a problem. I watched Pat go above and beyond to satisfy my needs.  After the sale, Pat's team followed up on every last detail, where most agents would have moved on.
I cannot recommend Pat Anderson and her team highly enough for the service, courtesy, and professionalism I received. 

Within a couple of days after my initial email to the company, I received a call from Victoria Templet, an agent working for Patricia Anderson. Since I already had my pre-qualification from the bank and a target area, Victoria was able to gather together six listings for me to view that same week. We met at the first listing and as she walked me through the house, she asked me questions about what I liked about the house and what I could live without. She asked me to give her the three most important things I was looking for and she took notes down. Being that this was my first home, I had a lot of questions about the process and what step would be next. She carefully explained every step and if she noticed that I didn't follow her explanation, she stopped and took the time to give me all the details I could ever want about the home-buying process. My decision ended up coming down to the last two houses we looked at. While we were in the last listing, she helped me come up with reasonable pros and cons. The next day I sent her a message saying that I had decided that I was in love with the last listing. She sent our initial offer to the buyers, who then counter-offered and we accepted. At the time, I was still taking classes at LSU and was also in the process of moving out of my apartment, so my spare time was precious. But Victoria stayed on top of everything and called and/or emailed me just about everyday with updates. She went in my place when the home inspector and electrician came to the house and emailed me within hours of the inspections to update me. Even after we closed on the house, Victoria still checked in with me to see that I was enjoying the new place and she was first on our guest list for our housewarming party.

Pat was our saving grace! She was our third real estate agent we "hired" when buying our first home last year, 2010. We had to "fire" the two before her, and no one can hold a candle to Pat. She was very attentive to our wants and likes in the homes we looked at. She was also very patient with us since we were first time home buyers. She never hesitated to show us as many houses as we wanted. My favorite thing about Pat is that she explained every little detail involved in buying a house, since we knew very little of the process. Other agents had taken advantage of us before we found Pat. She helped us through the closing process and got our closing costs paid, as well as a home warranty and other little details that really do matter in the end. Her personality is warm, friendly, calm, nurturing, confident and great with kids! I'm 100% sure that she would make a great seller's agent as well.
