Were very polite and professional.  Explained all the work they did or had to do.  Did all they could to give me what I wanted.  Took their time and did the job right.  Took 3 days to tear down and replace 200 feet of fence.  They even filed in some holes I had in my yard with dirt dug up for the job.  They went over and above what they were hired for.  Played good music while they worked, even gospel, which made me feel good about the type of people I hired.  I got 4 estimates.  Their price was the average of all the estimates but it was well worth it to me to get good people using good materials.  Finished product looks and works great.  Would highly recommend.

Chad and his guys were very professional and super friendly. He was always easy to get in touch with and always kept me up to date on their progress and estimated completion time. We had one minor issue with one of the gates after completion that was NOT craftsmanship related and he still came out the very next day to fix it.

When buying products through the "Big Deal" it is difficult to understand the availability of the vendor because the site makes us just pick dates at random. I was not in a big hurry to get the work done and was quite flexible on dates. However, when I just pick dates apparently Angie's list translates that as an urgent need to the vendor.  When I was finally able to speak with Chad, he informed me that his availability was not open until June. I told him I was flexible and that would be fine. Then, within a week or so he called to tell me that he had an opening come up and could they start the next day. Great!
Chad arrived on time the next day to review the job and start work. The "Big Deal" was not enough to cover my job and we worked out the details of the remainder of the job and he provided me with an itemized breakdown via email to confirm what we had discussed. His team started work immediately and were done in a few days.
Chad was in constant contact regarding questions, updates on the job, and pictures of the progress. He and his team were very courteous and accomodating (like when we had to keep asking them to move their truck - I felt bad we kept interrupting their progress). I really felt like he went the extra mile to make sure every detail of the fence met my expectations and would be a superior product that would last for years. The best part for me is the gate! I can open it with two fingers!  I had to grab, lift, and pull the previous gate to get it open.
I didn't budget enough to have every bit of old fence removed this year, so I told Chad to make sure and pencil me in for more work next year!

Chad and his crew do really nice work. His price is reasonable and the quality of the work is excellent. There was a problem with ordering the wrong size fence and Chad made it right. He realized it was his mistake and stood by the contract with no questions or complaining. I think this is the test of a true businessman by what he does when things don't go just right. Very satisfied with the outcome though it took a little longer than expected. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

They arrived on time and were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. It took 2 days to install the fence, so they were very efficient. A year later, we had a problem with a hinge that broke, due to our landscaper slamming the double gate. We called On-line Deck and Fence and they came right out and replaced the gate hinge at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

The fence was in danger of collapsing and some of the wood had begun to split.  He arrived on time, did impeccable work, and gave us exactly what he had quoted for materials and service.  Please give him every consideration if you want to have a fence installed or repaired!

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor of any type. Chad responded quickly to my request for a quote and his pricing was very competitive. The craftsmanship of the gates is second to none. I will use him for any fence work I ever have.

This is the second time I used Chad to put up a fence... The first time went so well, i didn't even call around to compare prices the second time.
Chad always answers his phone and shows up on time.  He started and finished the job when he said he would and his craftsmanship is second to none.
He also did me the huge favor of getting HOA approval, which can be more difficult than filing your taxes.
I recommend Chad and Online Deck and Fence and hope to have him out in the future to install a pergola for us.

I just want to say two words about Chad - AWE  SOME!!!!  He really IS the best!  He and his team were good, fast, professional, courteous, hard working, and very helpful. I really feel and think that the new 8' fence and gate that he put up will withstand any storm! It's that sturdy and he's that good.  I highly recommend his services.  the only thing you will have to contend with is that he makes sure that his jobs are done right...this might mean that he has many, many customers waiting for him to do their fence, so we just had to wait for 6-7 weeks before he could get to our job. I didn't mind, because, to me, that meant that he was in high demand and he was going to do it right when he got to ours.  He guarantees his work. 

Chad did a great job. He contoured the fence perfectly to the slope of my land. It came out GREAT!!! Chad knows his stuff. He also had a great group of guys working for him. Very polite and respectful of my property. A rare quality!!! They did a great job of spreading out the dirt so it didn't leave a muddy mess. And did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The fence was "On Line" and straight as an arrow.  I will use them again!!!
