 + -1 moreHORRIBLY! These people wrote themselves a $10,000 check and asked us to find a ew contractor when we objected! Our job is now delayed weeks going on months, we are out 10 grand to use on our home, and we have had to move back into our unfinished home with our 4 children; all girls, the youngest of which are 4 and 1! No bathroom or bathtub for the kids, an incomplete kitchen, etc. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!
Description of Work: The administrative only supervision of our flood repair. The mortgage company preferred to channel insurance money through a GC. Since we had already selected our subcontractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinets) we had no physical work for them to perform. They were told this up front.
