The customer service was exceptional as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about my new Frigidaire range and microwave and Lauren and the entire Gorman Brothers team responded promptly and professionally. Overall my experience with Gorman Brothers was outstanding, 5 stars and I cannot wait for my next appliance purchase from Gorman Brothers.

came in and determined the problem then ordered the parts. 2 weeks later installed the parts and completed the repairs.

Terrible~ delivered refrigerator with scratched door~ took over 2 months to get another and it had a hole in it as if someone had put a ball peen hammer to it. Still waiting for a good door.....

Received a quote to have new appliances (microwave, range, dishwasher, refrigerator) in a home I just purchased. They were willing to give me multiple quotes for different brands and options.They had a contractor install the appliances and although they weren't installed to my specifications, they kindly came back out same day to make the corrections. The prices were cheaper than the big name stores and all products were either in stock or available within a week. Would recommend giving Gorman Bros a try before making a decision since their prices were lower than any other quotes I received.

They came out the same day we called and the guy was so nice. I can't complain about the service, they were so good. It cost $80 to get them out here but no one comes out for free these days.
