It was very good. My previous roofer (Coleman roofing) from 6 years ago did a poor job on part of the roof, so Genesis did a minor repair of it to extend the life for another 3 years or so. I was very happy with it. Sometime it was a little hard to get in touch with them, but for the price I'm totally fine with that!

Craig of Genesis 360 took complete care of the installation of a much needed roof replacement. His price was beyond competitive, and the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. He went the extra mile in making sure I got the best style of shingles my limited budget could buy. I would highly recommend Genesis 360 for any of your roofing repair or replacement needs.

Went very well, roof was leaking and I went through Angie's list to find someone to fix it. Called and they came out the same day in the rain and fixed the roof. No problems. Very professional.

I contacted Mr. Stevens right after the August floods in my area when most contractors were price gouging, fortunately he was not into this practice. The price I paid was very fair. The staff was very professional and to my surprise on time and ready to work on the day promised. My roof replacement was phenomenal! My roof didn't look this good on the day in 2000 when I purchased my home brand new. I couldn't be more pleased. I have been recommending Genesis 360 to everyone I know. Thank you Genesis 360 for taking a process that seemed so daunting and making into a breeze. The honesty and professionalism is top notch. I can go on and on about my experince, SIMPLY AMAZING.

Workers started on the day agreed upon at 6AM and did not stop until the whole job was complete, around 8:45PM. All vents and jacks were replaced along with rotted decking and drip rails. Communication with Craig was excellent and he was very accommodating, to the extent that he traveled to my home to show me shingle samples. Initially his bid was very reasonable. Then, at the end of the job it was found to be over estimated, and Craig made the correction immediately. I would definitely hire him again.

Work could not have gone any better! Workman were on time, very courteous and worked steady until all work was completed. This job met all of my expectations. Before any payment the owner came by later in the day to inspect the job. I would definitely recommend this company!

Everything went as planned! Workers were punctual and professional. They introduced themselves. Thanked me for my business and proceeded to go over the details of the work order to ensure it was as I expected. They also gave me an estimated time they would be finished with work each day, which was a welcomed and pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise was the fact that Mr. Stevens stopped by mid afternoon to check to see how things were progressing and gauge my satisfaction thus far. Talk about excellent customer service! I couldn't be more pleased with how my new roof looked and the stellar service I was given. If you want a reliable, professional company who puts their customers first, then this is the company for the job. To this day my roof still looks sturdy, professionally done and simply amazing!

Genesis 360 staff member called a day after I purchased their deal on Angie's List and was very easy to work with in scheduling the appointment. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time and provided the requested service. In addition to providing the service they were also able to assess trouble spots and provide reasonable estimates to fix problem areas. Their prices are competitive and process of working with them is extremely easy!

They were timely, good workmanship and there no unexpected costs. They stuck to the original quote. Good warranty. Very friendly representative. All around it was a very pleasant experience.
