CHOICE TITLE HAD US WAITING DAYS BEFORE WE RECEIVED FUNDS FROM THE SALE OF OUR CONDO!! Choice Title closed on our condo at 3:15 p.m. on a Friday. We did not receive the funds from our condo until 10 a.m. Monday – and that was after three phone calls. Of course, the title company was paid on Friday – the company takes care of itself before its customers. The sellers also took possession of the condo at closing. We had no proceeds from the sale and no condo. In addition, we received poor communication throughout the entire process. We complained only to have the owner blame, deflect, and fictionalize what really happened. Save yourself the aggravation and use another title company.
