Car was sold with a broken key in door. They didn't offer to fix this after it was discovered. (Had to use key fob to unlock door) and purchased spare key from 3rd party.
Finance manager insisted on selling car @ retail but provided no warranty - sold "As Is" . Trying to pressure to purchase high markup extended warranty instead. (I didn't bite on this one).
Car also uses oil. Passenger rear tire was found to be defective after purchase.
I chose not to deal with them based on initial experience and lack of professionalism.
I won't purchase another vehicle from them.

We knew we wanted a Ford van. The salesman was very helpful in completing the paper work and ordering exactly what we asked for. We received a rebate check from Ford, which was mislocated for a while; however, we received the check! Our oil changes are free of charge. The service department works on a first come-first served basis; therefore, prepare to wait a while. Overall, we are very pleased.
