I will recommend him an his company for anyone that needs any plumbing needs. He went above and beyond with his work and his professionalism. Very responsive and professional. We contacted him on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and by 8:00 pm that day we had a new water heater installed. They were very responsive and very reasonable pricing. Quality of install was excellent and also followed up to insure everything was working good and that we were satisfied.

Extremely efficient. Not only were they very efficient, but quick. They obviously knew the task and did well performing it. Also, they were very professional and courteous. They took care of disposing of the old water heater and being sure to clean up their worksite down to cutting up and disposing of the box it came in. We will definitely be calling on them again if ever we need their plumbing services.

Prompt, curtious in responding to my phone call and coming out and checking the problem with my hot water and discussing options . I chose a tankless water heater and quoted me a good price and completed the work on time. He installed a top of line unit and checked it several times for leaks before leaving. Joshua and his team were very professional and detailed throughout the project. We had lots of questions about the right hot water heater to get to replace our original, and he helped make sure we got the best fit. Joshua Jackson of J & Junior Plumbing was truly very good: professional, transparent, communicative, responsive to texts and calls. Three men showed up and installed a tankless water heater in my old house. They took away the 30 gallon old heater. Joshua recommended a tankless heater that was more expensive than other heater units but explained that the one he uses does not require addition fittings (stainless steal exhaust vent--this one uses PVC pipe exhaust through existing hole in roof without special roof hood).

He called to fifteen minutes after the request was made and he came out and gave us a quote which we accepted. he did the job timely and proficiently. we definitely had to recommend him to our friends.
