OVERMAN'S A/C AND HEAT

Excellent. Called Overman's and they sent a technician over within the hour. Tech was polite and knowledgeable. Helped this old man with the thermostat and explained the issue. A++ service....competent, courteous and quick. Thanks Overman's!

Fast and great service. It ended up being a bad timer delay, and they were able to complete the repairs right away. Would definitely call them again!

Service was excellent! They were out within a few hours and able to fix my AC. This is the second time they have responded immediately when one of our AC units went down (the last time it was the other unit). These guys are great. They completely replaced my AC system. The price was great, much less than I expected. They showed up on time with a proper crew and were done in 3 and 1/2 hours. Work was professional. Billy and his workers are friendly and customer oriented.

They came right over and diagnosed the problem. My gas company had to replace the regulator which caused junk to clog the burner jets. Overman's came back promptly and cleaned them. They fixed the problem and will be my HVAC go to guys from now on.

these guys saved our lives. we had been sitting in a heat wave for 7 days already when another company we called finally installed a bad compressor (they forgot to order the part even though i called them twice to follow up before we had to purchase three portable acs). after the other company installed the compressor, they took off without checking to see if it was cooling the inside. i called them on the road 20 mins later to tell them that no air was coming out of the vents and they said i just had to give it time. no air after 4 hrs, so we turned it off so as not to burn up the new compressor and called to tell them so. then we called overman's and it was Sunday. they came out within the hour and diagnosed 5 lbs down on the Freon with the fan trying to blow across frozen coils in the attic, so no cold air coming out of the vents. the tech also noticed that the condenser fan blade was warped and needed replacing. he also showed us how the inside system was lacking a second needed return to make the system work more efficiently. this explained for us why one side of the house was always much warmer than the other. within the hour we had cool air coming out of the vents and within a few hours the whole house was cool for the first time in over a week. they came back within two weeks to replace the fan and motor and it now purrs like a kitten, it was really loud before. will use them to upgrade the system with an additional return and vents in the future. very reasonable price for the service and trip charge, especially since it was a Sunday. we are very grateful to them for there professionalism and friendliness and going the extra mile to come out for us on a Sunday.

We woke up to a squealing AC unit and I started checking Angie's List for a recommendation. I couldn't be happier with their service. They answered the phone at 6:30 am and had a technician at my house an hour later. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly and went to go find the needed part. By 10 am, we had cleaned (they cleaned our sadly neglected AC units as well) and happily running AC units for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them to schedule our regular maintenance in the future. I can't thank them enough for such quick, reliable service in this hot, humid weather. They really saved the day!

He acid washed outside unit which did the trick then performed a/c check in attic and added a pound of Freon .He was here 40 minutes.

06-07-2018 I called them @ 9:00 am & they were at my house by 10:30 am, the same day! Very professional, courteous, thorough, and they are honest!!!! They do not try and rip you off. I only have this company as my A/C repair. They have been servicing me now for about a year & a half. Dave found that my breaker had been tripped in the garage. I was told that was not a good sign. There may be something wrong with the condenser. (All I could think about was $$$$). Instead he told me that the condenser was fine but needed to replace a bad/ground contacter at the condenser. (They did not try & sell me a whole new Condensor)! Replaced thermostat on the wall & checked to make sure the freon was ok.

They are the best very trustworthy & honest. I would recommend them to anybody

The new external and internal units were installed the following day without any issues whatsoever. They showed up on time and went straight to work, professionally installed as promised at the quoted price. I’m very thankful I hired Billy for this huge job and definitely contact him again for additional services. He completely changed my opinion in a positive manner regarding AC service providers. I was treated fairly and charged appropriately, oh did I mention – arrived on time. Thank you.

Fantastic!. They are honest, dependable, efficient, and professional. I called in on Labor Day, they did not charge me extra. He was at my house within 2 hours from the initial call in. Not only did he fix my problem, he also cleaned my condenser, and checked my heating system to make sure it was in order since we are now in September. Amazing someone who goes beyond what they are asked to do. I thought that did not exist anymore. I went with this company because of the reviews on Angie's list & they were spot on. They certainly have my business permanently. I also signed a preventive maintenance agreement for next year. If I had this maintenance agreement & keep up on top of this I would not have had this issue.

It was just $80 for the service call. ?They got out very quickly and just charged for the trip out.

Billy Overman and his crew are first-rate professionals. They know their trade and can answer all questions about heating and air conditioning. He sells top of the line equipment and is honest and upfront. Does not cut corners. He came the same day that I called and gave us a written estimate. The install was completed the next day in about 3 hours. We got 4 estimates and Overman's was not the lowest but we thought it was fair for the equipment and labor. His honesty sold us on his company. We will continue to use them.

Perfectly. Billy Overman came to my house the day I called and looked over the wiring/ductwork/return air situation and proposed changes that would make my house more comfortable. He listened to my concerns about which areas could be cooler or warmer, and make suggestions. He went to his car and make the necessary calls to get quotes on the units I needed and had a $$$ number for me immediately. He also offered to start the work the next morning. He arrived on time with 6 men and the complete changeout was completed in 3 hours. I am very pleased and would recommend Overman's.

Billy and his crew have taken care of my family since we bought our home. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of, replacing our unit after our home flooded, cleaning and reinstating our service, and even going as far as to provide extras at no cost to us. He is a professional and his work is top notch. We will never use any other company and will recommend him to anyone in the market for a great Heating and Cooling company.

I got home from work and realized my AC would not turn on and it was burning up in my house. I looked on Angie's List and remembered seeing Overman's AC and Heat signs throughout town. I decided to give them a try and they did not disappoint! Mr. Overman was at my house within an hour checking out my unit. My dog, a 7 month old German Shepherd chewed the wires. Turns out it wasn't that bad of a fix. Mr. Overman was super nice and prepared. He had my AC working in no time, without breaking the bank. His prices were actually great compared to what I was thinking it was going to cost at first. The next time I have an AC or heating problem, I know who I am calling. Thank you for providing such great customer service. You don't find that very often now-a-days.
