THEY FLOODED MY HOUSE. I had to wait a few days after the agreed upon date to get the work done. OK, that is not really a big problem. But flooding my house was a very big problem. The plumber turned off the main water and removed the bath tub valves only to find that he needed a part that he did not carry on the truck. So he left the residence but did not secure the main shut off valve nor seal the valve back up. While he was gone, someone came along and turned the main valve back on (it is visible and accessible directly from the street). Even worse, the plumber left the tub stopper in the drain so the now flowing water filled the tub and flooded the house. I called the main office and they first denied that the plumber had left the scene at all and that they could prove it by the GPS tracker in the truck. But the plumber told me directly that he had left the scene. Then they blamed me for and quot;refusingand quot; to turn off the water (I was at work and arrived at the home within 13 minutes of receiving the call). Once they were forced to admit that their man had left the system unsecured while he went for parts, they simply told me that their man had done nothing wrong in leaving the system unsecured and that I should leave them alone - KL plumbing was not going to take even partial responsibility. I am paying to replace flooring and drywall to the tune of $2000 for their negligence. KL plumbing cares only to cover their own backside.

I am a doctor, I am not an unreasonable or reactionary person and I have written many supportive reviews on Angie's List but their response to me was arrogant, accusatory, dishonest and abusive.

K-L plumbing told me to and quot;go ahead and write your review on Angie's Listand quot;, it won't hurt us.

So, Lesson learned. DO NOT USE Keith Lott Plumbing if you wish to get responsible professional service. If something goes wrong, they will not treat you well.

It went well. It is from my home warranty contract. Quality of service was good. They came when they were supposed to.

From Start to Finish was the absolute best! Met with Keith on a Friday morning, received the estimate from Kristi Friday afternoon, and scheduled the work for the following Monday. The workers were prompt, clean and professional and went right to work. The work involved reworking the kitchen drain (which therefore included the bathroom drain) AND tunneling underground thru to the bathroom to change out the drum trap to a p-trap (approximately 10 feet). They went thru the patio. (Please note that other plumbers and contractors wanted to go thru the interior tiled bathroom slab floor, removing the bathtub and all the surrounding marble). This was MUCH Better, much cleaner, less expensive and kept my slab intact. In other words a win, win, win situation. Yes, the job was messy; no other way around it, but the cleanup after was tremendous! My patio was cleaner after they started than before! My tub is now draining beautifully and the drain will now be able to be cleaned out! With three dogs, that is a must. The job took 1 and 1/2 days and Kristi called the first night to see how things were going - I had one concern and Keith called me back right away. Keith kept checking in with his team throughout the day and also did the final inspection to insure I was satisfied. Keith also informed me they do A/C and Heating work. Tho I haven't used them for that (yet), they will be my 'go to' A/C and Heating people as well as my plumber. Thank You Keith Lott's Plumbing!
