WIGGINS AUTO COLLISION

My truck broke down on the side of the highway, I looked up on google for towing service in my area, wiggins popped up and had good reviews so I called them. the lady I spoke with was very sweet and very promptly put me on the line with the tow truck driver. the driver asked me my name location and vehicle description. he asked if I had roadside on my insurance or if I was paying out of pocket. I told him I had roadside and he said not a problem , he told me that it would be about 20 mins before he got there he explained they had construction going on , on 28 e that there was a chance it could be a little bit longer, he was there in 15 mins. he was very respectful , and loaded my truck promptly. He even took the time to explain why he was doing the things he did. I will most deff use wiggins towing again great job.

Steve Wiggins was professional, gave great customer service and his mechanics had my car done in about three weeks. Sounds like a long time, but I had a lot of damage done. I did not know it at the time but they also have towing services. I would have called them to have my car towed to their shop. I would call for updates and talked to a real person.
I have used Wiggins before and will continue to use them.

Experience was very good, and Wiggins helped assist us in keeping connected with our auto insurance company. All of the necessary pictures and documentation were followed through as necessary for claim purposes, and overall the work was VERY good. Mr. and Mrs. Wiggins worked to keep me up to date on the service progress and made sure everything was filed as necessary with our insurance.
