They did all the cleaning and the remolding. They were concerned about our comfort during the remodel. They were awesome, would give them A+ all across!

Description of Work: High lack of communication and organization with restoration, the "Project Coordinator" coordinated nothing. The representative was nice enough, but don't believe they've worked with insurance companies as stated - follow up was huge headache.

+ -1 moreIf you every have a fire in your home or for that matter any type of property damage these people know how to handle and work with your insurance company. It made the whole process easy . I honestly don't know how we would of done it without them. We were just shatter from this happening to our home. Thanks Paul Davis for the awesome work

+ -1 moreThey took us by the hand and guided us through the entire project. When they found things that needed to be repaired, they were honest and up front about the cost and the urgency.
Description of Work: New fiber cement siding, painting, repair work on the outside of the house. Excellent response and helpful staff.

In the beginning we felt they were a good, professional company. We really felt that we were in good hands with these 3 gentlemen. They stated that due to a chemical they were using, we had to stay elsewhere. We didn't think anything of it and stayed in a hotel. The next day, my husband started going through our items the company packed and noticed his gun missing. We called the police to make a report. This is still ongoing. The actual work itself went as expected, but this experience was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: We contacted them to restore our flooring after our washing machine flooded.
