We were making large payments over a long period of time and thought it was making a difference and come to find out the payments were barely reducing the loan amount. For about 2 years we didn't see a penny difference, even though the payments were always above the minimum and were always a month ahead from day 1. Their interest rate is ridiculous, specially to us with perfect credit, and they are complete liars in every sense of the word. They are a predatory lender and are good at it. They are rude and unprofessional. We have ran into so many problems with them. All they want to do is take very penny from us and add other fees. We just want them to release the property that they do not own.
