Fast, courteous service, made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, cleaned up behind self, got rid of old unit.  this is the second time we have used them and they always go above and beyond to fix the problem.

We had wonderful service from the first call, very courtious voice on phone to help right off. I had other a/c people come to my home and charge for service calls and freon and never checked to see the unit upstairs was bad. We called Israel A/C and Heating and they accessed our problem right away.. With in 2 days we were in the cool. I would recommend this company to any and all of my friends. I love the personal service. We are on 1st name basis, and this is how I like to do business. Please everyone if you have A/C or Heating problems please give them a call. 318-442-6657. Th eoverall experience was excellent. I will absolutley use them again.

Came out day of call to see what would be needed and came back next day with the equipment and did the high pressure cleaning. Although he does not put in new drainage lines he did recommend someone that did. This was a huge help as i have been through a few companies already that did not follow through and i did not know who to call without just running through the yellow pages. Very nice and helpful

Mr. Israel arrived within 30 minutes of being called out to my home on a Saturday. He went through several areas trying to pinpoint exact problem area. Once busted pipe was found, he dug it out and had it replaced right away. He had all tools and equipment necessary to perform the job. I was happy to pay the $300.00 for such quality service and have recommended him to others.
