Cenla Animal Clinic

I usually go just when something's bad.  Thank God nothing's happened lately.  They're very professional.  If anything happens, I'm going straight there.  I'd say that they are very professional and gentle with my cat and patient with him, because he has a fear of vets.  I would definitely use them again.  If they're really backed up, the wait time might be like 20 minutes or something, but usually they're not really that busy and it's about ten minutes.  What they do exceptionally well is, my cat has a fear of vets because he had a bad experience and so exceptionally well was they allowed me to go back with my cat and go into a room while I waited because there were other animals in the waiting room and they were scaring my cat even worse.  They were traumatizing him even worse.  So that was something that I think is exceptional, because they don't allow that, usually.  I don't think I can think of anything they can do better.

Dr. Pilat has taken care of all of my animals from beginning to end. His staff and he are so professional and friendly they make you feel like family. My dog actually enjoys going to the vet because of the care and attention he receives while there. Dr. Pilat is very knowledgeable and caring. he makes a point that you understand the issues your animals may be having without being overwhelming in technical jargon, and quot;breaks it down barney styleand quot; so to speak. Its good to have my animals treated like family and leave the clinic more knowledgeable about my animals and how to care for them.

Dr Craig and his staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The visit was quick and thorough. This is why my family and I continue to bring our pets for the past ten years.
