When I called, I was told it was possible to be finished in one day provided I dropped it off early (8:00 a.m.), which I did. Vehicle was not ready until the next day at exactly 5:00 p.m. (their quitting time). I paid the provider, and was leaving the place of business. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot, I felt my transmission slip. This had NEVER happened in the life of my truck. Then within the first half of a mile, I started hearing a ticking sound as if something was loose under the hood. I immediately called the dealer (within 3 minutes of leaving the parking lot) and told him of the issue. He told me that his service crew had already left for the day and I could bring it back Monday (this was a Friday afternoon) if I wanted them to check it out. I tried to carefully listen if I could make out the sound and where it was coming from. It didn't take long to realize my motor was what was ticking! I pulled in to the first convenience store I found, and checked my oil. Not a drop on the dipstick. My truck needed 4 quarts of oil! I had recently had the oil changed in my truck approximately 800-900 miles prior to having Redmon's work on my vehicle. I also noticed that my windshield washer fluid light was on in my truck. Indicating I needed washer fluid. It took a couple of days but I got another gallon, and poured it in. Later that same afternoon after work, I went to use my washer fluid, and nothing came out. Immediately my indicator light came on again. I got home and checked, and my washer fluid reservoir was cracked toward the inside where work was being conducted in replacing my A/C condensor. So to say I'm not happy with my service or "repair" is an understatement.
Problems before the service:
A/C Condensor needed replaced
Power Steering fluid leaking by A/C Condensor
Problems AFTER the service:
Transmission slipped due to lack of fluid (on a SEALED transmission)
Motor ticking due to lack of oil when oil was recently changed less than 1000 miles earlier
Washer fluid reservoir broken
*Note* NONE of these issues have ever been a problem since I purchased the truck new.
Redmon's did repair my a/c condensor and fixed my power steering issue. And I understand they probably had to disconnect my transmission cooler to complete their work. My problem is the "new" issues that arose immediately after my visit. Why drain my fluids? Why not fix what you broke in the process of the other repair? Why not ensure the fluids you worked with were not affected?

They did the work in about two days. Explained what was wrong and how they would fix it before doing the work.I would be glad to send anyone there.

I think it went very well. I had several other mechanics take a look at the vehicle and gave the wrong diagnosis. I went by the business to explain the what was going on with my vehicle. The gas guage and speed odometer were not working properly. I could not tell how fast I was going or how much gas I had in the vehicle. We scheduled date for me to bring the vehicle back so they could run test to find out what was wrong. I took the vehicle back on the agreed date and they explained what was wrong and told me they needed to order an instrument cluster. They gave me a date the instrument cluster would arrive and set a date to bring the vehicle back so they could do the repairs. I took the vehicle back and they completed the repair the same day.
I like the fact that they do not have your vehicle setting around collecting dust when they know they will not get to it until a certain time.
They make an appointment for you to bring your vehicle in and they repair your vehicle that day. I love that about them.
I think their prices were compatible with any other auto service. They were professional and efficient.
