Deadlines were never met. I came home ill early one weekday to find limbs all over my yard and the company still working. I did not expect them that day. Mr. Blevins left stating he was coming back with a truck to pile the debris up and haul it away. I called him late that afternoon, and he was going to his son's ballgame and would get it over the weekend. He never showed up. The limbs stayed in my yard for over a week and a half until I called several times asking when they were coming. Supposedly, he had been in the hospital. He sent two employees over the following week, but again they did not have the truck and equipment to load the limbs. They were going to a neighboring city to pick up a truck and would be back the same day. They never showed up. I finally threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and they just showed up and loaded the debris. However, the tree trunk remains uncut in my yard to this day.
