She came in before my furniture did. She vacuumed, mopped, cleaned the floors. I was not all that pleased. It seemed like if they would send someone who would clean. When she came to the house, I wanted her to do certain things. I don't know if she just did not want to clean it for me. She did not seem thrilled to be here.

Heidi & Michelle just left and my house smells so good! They arrived early, worked together efficiently and finished cleaning in 2 hours. What I liked best was that Heidi asked me to tell her specifically if I had any "target areas." Like, I hate cleaning floors and bathrooms. Also, I wanted to be sure the ceiling fans were cleaned. She wanted to please me and the best way to do that is to ask. Can't wait to use them again.

Service provider squeezed me into her schedule to meet my needs. She was nice, friendly and professional. She cleaned everything and asked for me to check and make sure I was satisfied(I was!). She left my house fresh and clean just as I hoped. If need be, I will use service provider again

Jay (owner) and a helper arrived on time and got to work promptly with professional power washing equipment. They both worked hard and didn't waste time. They were very polit and their work was FANTASTIC.
When they finished 2 1/2 hours later the deck looked great and one day later after it dried it looks brand new, the concrete sparkles, and they even gave us some great recommendations of professionals we can contact for some other work we plan to have done in the future.
