We had a roughly 18" by 12" hole in the ceiling left from a plumbing repair. Ponderosa Painting gave us a good price, came promptly, and cleaned up everything. The two workmen were careful to protect the walls and worked quickly to finish the repair. We are very pleased with the job.

They completed the work all in one day. The price was fair for the work. The crew was terrific and friendly! They were professional, did their job well, and I am very satisfied. They were very neat and left no mess behind. Everything turned out excellent. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

"I am very sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with our company. This is the first time I am hearing that a wall was not painted at your home. This matter can be resolved right away. No matter how long it has been since your project was complete if you find anything that you are not satisfied with please call and we will make things right. I do agree that the extra work that you wanted us to perform at your other house, could not fit in our schedule due to prior commitments to other customers. We had a full schedule and had customers waiting for their jobs to be started. We do stay extremly busy and sometimes it makes it hard to fit extra jobs into peoples schedule without prior notice. We do strive to make all of our customer 100% happy with our service. We are working towards hiring more personal to accodemate more customers. We are very selective in our hiring process, including background checks. We do try to get to as many customers as fast as possible."

They arrived to work in a timely manner and cleaned up prior to leaving. The crew was very professional, trustworthy, and courteous. We were extremely pleased with the level of service that they provided. We highly recommend this company if you are considering a painting project.
