Countertop installation was delayed and then the counter top joint cut grains were very different in color and grain. The owner finally came over for review and he was very dispectful and unprofessional without any recommendations to resolve. After numerous calls and requested for a solution, they continue to ignore us and provide no professional solution. For a Luxurycounter top service provider, we received an unprofessional product and service.

I'm an amateur woodworker.  I built a nice cherry desk for my office.  I was hoping to top it with granite (or other stone) surface.  However, every place I priced for the top (88"x30") was just too expensive.  A friend of mine told me about Luxury Countertops in Pearl River, LA (just outside Slidell).  I went to their office/showroom and found a really nice, thick slab of granite.  They held the piece for me until I finished the desk (~2 months).  When I called to get the desk measured, they came out the next day.  They cut it to size, put a nice polished edge to it, and installed it 4 days later.  It's absolutely perfect!
Their primary business is kitchen countertops, but they had no problem making a custom piece for me.  Great price!  Great service!
