After 18 mos. and $1357 paid to Green Grass, our lawn has never looked worse! The staff was very nice but they simply NEVER got our weeds and grass under control. Spraying was sporadic, and irregular. We repeatedly contacted the company with our concerns, but communication was problematic. What a disappointment!
After cancelling the services, we had our lawn evaluated by someone trained by the LSU Agriculture Center. He advised that almost all of the sod we had installed as now gone and replaced by weeds, due to "poor fertility" of the lawn. We now have no choice but to return to square one and begin again. It will certainly not be with Green Grass.
Called to improve lawn appearance. My lawn is mostly green weeds. Called Green Grass and they came today and sprayed the weed control chemicals on my front and back lawn. They developed a special program for my lawn because I was in between seasonal treatments. Erik came today and he walked my lawn with me and explained everything he was going to do and what I needed to do for safety to my pet and to get the best benefit of the chemicals for the lawn. He was very nice and knowledgeable about lawn care. They charge per treatment and left an invoice with me before he started treatment.
