Josh immediately took my call and was able to meet within 2 hours! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Not only was everything explained in detail, but also in a way that I could understand. My complete HVAC system , along with the ducts, had to be replaced! I couldn't believe how very reasonable his estimate was and this included a "top of the line" HVAC system! Being a Friday, he couldn't start until the following Monday. They were here first thing in the morning and his apprentice/foreman Derek quickly got the men to work. While they were Tearing out the old system and ducts, Josh was picking up the new unit. Josh's crew were, not only professional, but were "work horses"! 90% had been torn out by lunch! Derek, like Josh, took the time to answer any questions I may have had. Tuesday they began the install. Job was completed by end of the day! Josh made sure I was satisfied and showed me the best way to run system for maximum efficiency. He also sets up a date/time to return in a week to check on everything and "tweek" the system, to ensure it runs as efficiently as possible. Josh takes great pride to ensure the customer is happy and their installations are second to none. As he put it, this is his company and the work done is a direct reflection of him! Josh will do everything in his power to ensure his customers are completely satisfied!

From our very first phone conversation, I had tremendous confidence in Josh and his team. His knowledge of HVAC systems was only outdone by his passion to install the best possible solution for my needs and budget. He and his crew worked tirelessly during the rains we experienced on the outer edge of Tropical Storm Harvey. In the end, my new HVAC system is so much quieter and colder than the previous system. Plus, the duct work went from looking like a giant dead octopus lying in my attic to a new wing on the International Space Station. Truly excellent work!

From my initial phone call to the completion of the work, took about 4 days, It probably would have been quicker but I delayed the progress by making him come out again to show me what needed to be done (he had spoken to my wife the first time). Everything was done to my satisfaction. He even came back to show me everything they did and make sure I was happy..

I own several rental properties, I have had a/c installed by others in the past. This by far, was the best installation I've seen. Josh and his assistant came to the house and installed a new a/c and heating system. He was very professional and took his valuable time to explain to me everything that I wanted to know about the system including its installation. He is very dependable, punctual, and informative. He did not rush to do a quick job, he took his time and did it the way I expected him to. It was nice how they took the time to clean up thoroughly after the installation as well. They installed the compressor on the roof, ran a condenser line from the unit in the attic, and hung the flexible duct work off the ground. I'm very pleased with the way it turned out. I will use him again in the future and recommend his expertise to friends and family.

I was unexpectedly pleased! I was given a quote for the complete job and to my surprise, there wasn't any hidden charges. Brooms air conditioning was polite,professional, trust worthy and for the service I received was priced very fair.

Josh reset my shop unit to drain properly and even cleaned the entire unit for a VERY reasonabl cost. He did some extensive troubleshooting on the smaller central unit and discovered the fan blower was running backwards, and promptly replaced it for a reasonable cost as well. On the main a/c unit, I simply had a tripped breaker on the unit itself, but he took my call on a weekend, told me what I could do to troubleshoot it, and identified the problem easily over the phone... Josh is an EXTREMELY knowledgable a/c man and will explain everything to you that you want to know, or he will simply just fix it if you're not inclined to know all the ins-and-outs of the problem. He is VERY reliable and trustworthy.... all my a/c and heating work will ALWAYS go to Josh because of his work ethic, knowledge, and reasonable rates. I HIGHLY recommend Broom's a/c.

Excellent! Went above and beyond..,duct work was hung in the attic which wasn't that way before. Created more moving space. PLUS they cleaned up like NO contractor I've ever seen before. Appreciate Josh's communication, work ethic and integrity.
