Randy Soileau's Heating & Cooling

I called Sharon, Randy's wife for an appt. He was here the very next day. He assessed the problem with the heat pump and decided he needed to order a part. He told us how to use the unit until the part came in. Fortunately that night was not cold and we were fine without using the heat at all. He came with the part the next day and replaced the part and the thermostat. The unit is working fine.

Even though this was a small job - Randy has put in a whole new heat pump for us 10 years ago and has serviced both our units through the years when necessary. So big or small - he can get the job done.

Randy is fine man in all ways - professional, prompt, knowledgeable and always kind and humble. He is reasonable and always explains his bill. When he says he is coming, he comes. He is a man of his word. You don't have to worry about him being in your home. He is honest and reliable. He cleans up after himself. He always fixes the problem and I've never had to call him back to deal with the same problem again. It's fixed!

I would not hesitate to recommend Randy.
