Made multiple trips. A part that needed replacement had to be back ordered. Used a temporary part to use in mean time. Have used many times and he is excellent service provider.

Michael Sylvester Appliance Service Inc is amicable, personal, professional, and easy to talk to. I think the price was very more than reasonable and they called right back.
