It took them less than 1 1/2 hours to finish. My computer runs better than it ever has. I've used them several times over the past few years, and have been pleased every time. They're honest and very helpful. I bought a refurbished desktop from them four years ago and never had a problem except for viruses time to time. They'll even open on the weekends for you if you call and ask
