Young's didn't clean the rug although they had it for two weeks. They did admit that something had gone wrong. We were having company and needed it back quickly - they did accomodate that time line, but offered no compensation such as a discount on the cost or a discount on future jobs.

They did not do a very good job. They sent my $1200.00 comforter back dirty with a lot of other items that were still dirty or destroyed. They used bleach on my blue jean Ralph Lauren curtains. I would not recommend them at all. They have yet to call me back. They’re out of New Orleans.
