He was able to approach the problem using the kiss method. It was simple and easy for the contractor to make the standby repairs until the permanent solution could be delivered. Kind, and no nonsense, attention to detail was appreciated after dealing with a Terrible Terrazzo contractor at American Tile and Terrazzo the day before. I would hire Walter again in a heartbeat.

Walter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions, and had interesting insights about the history of our house. The inspection cost considerably less than other companies quoted us, and we found Walter pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend!
