On June 18, thirty-seven 40 footers were ordered to be driven for my home. The piles were delivered on June 19. Piles were driven on June 20 - 21. Only six were used because refusal was only 6 - 8 ft. On July 2, I spoke with the owner about cutting piles and issuing affidavit. He said, he will be there on July 3 and call me. He did not call or come to the jobsite. I called him on July 5. Both of his contact numbers are no longer in service. Therefore, none of the pilings were cut to grade and affidavit was never issued. Contact numbers as of July 5, 2007 are no longer in service. Please see report filed on July 5, 2007.
Description of Work: Drive piles to refusal, cut piles to grade and issue an affidavit for work done. Please add this to the report I filed on July 5, 2007. As of today, july 9, 2007, the company has completed the job including remitting the affidavit. After writing the letter of demand and my neighbor calling the rep, he finally obliged to complete the job after playing a cat and mouse game. In addition, the company has reinstated all contact numbers.
