They could not get the seam right. The first 3 attempts the seam opened up or puckered. the last visit they replaced the 3ft that contained the seam but the seam still shows. i just realized that the carpet has a slight repeating pattern just like wallpaper and if it's not installed to match up the seam is always going to show. A professional installer would know that. The home improvement store hangs you out to dry saying it's the subcontractor's responsibility. The subcontractor says it their subcontractor's ultimate responsibility to get it right. Yeah, you heard right three layers of companies to deal with!
