They were pretty good and on time. They were professional. I expected the price to be more so I was happy with the price.

The dispatcher instructed the girls to contact the company if a driver did not arrive within 15 minutes. Despite three subsequent calls, no cab had arrived as of 1:45 a.m., an hour and a half later. When I contacted the company, the dispatcher informed me that she could not give me an estimated time of arrival of the cab and that it might be an additional "two or three hours, we're shorthanded tonight." When I asked how they could leave three young women stranded for over an hour and a half, she said "well, they have no business being out so late." She was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. I had recommended United to the girls based on previous good experiences with the company, but will never use them again. And, of course, the reason they were out so late is because United did not pick them up! I ended up going to get them myself. In the meantime, one of them had called Yellow Cab, who sent a driver immediately, although by that time I was also on the way. (Sorry, Yellow Cab, but thanks very much for your prompt response, and we will definitely use you guys in the future!).

My husband and I called them before heading out for a night out. An hour and 15 minutes later they never arrived. We eventually opted to drive instead after they didnt show and their phone lines were busy when we attempted to call them to find out their if they were still coming. They never even called to say they couldn't make it, never called for pick up after we left. Unreliable for local service. I don't think there are any reliable local short distance taxi services in New Orleans unless you are leaving from the French Quarter. Unacceptable, and very disappointing.

The price they charge me is medium. They're pretty good. Their drivers are the most punctual, very friendly and they're very knowledgeable about the city.
