My bath tub was in need of replacement. He came with his crew to tear out my old tub and install the new one. They tore it out and he told me that the walls needed to be replace as well. He replace the walls and tub. He did some of the caulking around the tub and shower but did not finish it. The shower is not completely finished so I cannot use it. I have called him multiple times to have him come out to finish the work but I have not heard back from him. He was also going to order me some new storm shutters. I paid him for the shutters but I still do not have the new shutters.
