Adam Terrell was great to work with. He was professional, and worked to get the job done. He rescheduled due to not feeling well, but I was OK with that. He informed me of his projected arrival time. He accomplished the things I wanted done, and installed (at my request) remove software, so that he could perform future work for me remotely. I love the remote function of computer technology. I have had numerous technicians help me fix computer problems remotely, and believe that this a very helpful solution to getting things evaluated and fixed. I will definitely use The Computer Doctor in the future if I need computer assistance. He was very reasonable and very professional!
