Every time they came here I felt like I was babysitting. I had to call them and tell them what they missed. Either the shower wasn't cleaned or a bathroom was missed. There were times they didn't vacuum thoroughly. There was a time they didn't properly dry and fold bed sheets as instructed by owner. I am unhappy with their service because I always had to call them back to finish the job.

They have teams and you don't always get the same people. Some that are very effective and some that aren't. They are prompt. They are very communicative. The performance is variable depending on the people who come out. You have the sense that they are under time pressure.

What stands out is their ethics and honesty is my first thing, it's literally the first thing I look for, and I absolutely have it from the owners of this company, and the girls that they hire to do the cleaning they're lovely, and the one's that I have, I just kind of went with them. I work at of my house so I literally see them every two weeks, and you know see them for 2, 2 and a half hours. So I would say that's my first thing, and then my second thing is good work product.
