This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The owner came to my tenant's house with two other men. They ran the dryer and agreed that it smelled like gas. They tightened something in the back, ran it again, and told me I was just paranoid-- there was no gas smell. I paid them, and they left. After they left, I went back to my tenant's house because I was not sure the job was really done. Even without the dryer running, it smelled more strongly of gas than it had before. I called back to ask (very politely) if they could take another look. The owner told me that I was stupid and a waste of time. I said, "Why are you talking to me that way?" He then said, "F* you!" and hung up. After that, he texted me that I was crazy. When my tenant returned home, he said that the house smelled strongly of gas and asked for the company's phone number. When he called, the owner spoke to him in the same inappropriate ways that he spoke to me. I have never had any experience like this before. Whatever you do, do not call this company!

I called and the man that answered the phone said he'd send someone out; they were not far from my home. The service man called and asked what was going on. I told him my door lock on the washer would not work and that the machine gave an error code of dL (door lock.) He said he'd call right back. A few minutes later he called back and said he had done some research,... dL means door lock. (Duh.) He said he was not far and asked directions. It was difficult giving directions because he would not turn down his TV and couldn't understand me. I finally got him to turn down the TV.
When he came, about 2 hours later, he seemed to know less about the machine than me. He found the switch and managed to pry the little maagnet out and scraped a little crud off of it. Then the machine worked. He wanted to charge me $120 ! I told him that was crazy, he really hadn't done anything! He said he could go down to $90. After he left, the washer finished its cycle and won't work now again!
