 + 0 moreThis isn't the first time I've used Terry. He is always communicative and always calls and shows up at the appointed time. I never feel like I am a hostage waiting for a repairman. Terry is very well educated in his field and takes the time to explain the problem and the solution. It makes me feel more confident when he relates the problem to the symptoms I saw.
