This isn't the first time I've used Terry. He is always communicative and always calls and shows up at the appointed time. I never feel like I am a hostage waiting for a repairman. Terry is very well educated in his field and takes the time to explain the problem and the solution. It makes me feel more confident when he relates the problem to the symptoms I saw. Then the repair seem logical. I know my money was well spent and I felt respected.

He is wonderful, one of the best ones every, I have not had anyone as good as terry. I can trust him, that he wont take advance of me, he doses says he is going to do.

Terry's Mechanical Svc is very quick and thorough and fixed the problem. He was great. He showed up when he said he was going to and he is very professional and does what he says he will do.

Terry responded promptly, told me what was wrong and honestly explained my options. After considering options Terry completed installation of new unit and removal of old unit.
