Swaniers Electronics

This company was contracted by my extended service to come repair my HD JVC. The repair came and examine my television and stated he would research the part and then call me back. I never heard from them. I called for the past 6 weeks every week. There was a very rude receptionist who basically told me the same thing without even hesitation. "The technician is researching the part and will get back to you". When I asked to speak to the technician, she said she would leave him a message and he never called. The last conversation I had with the recpetionist which was 6 weeks after the initial visit was that he still had not ordered the part and that he would have to bring in the television for diagnostics. Needless to say, I fired them and would never recommend anyone using their services.
