Description of Work: Steve was recommended to us after a neighbor heard we were unhappy with the pool maintenance company we had inherited when we purchased our home/pool. (High prices, and high employee turnover.-We had to repeated tell one "kid" they sent to stop climbing on our waterfall to get around the pool!) We switched to Steve's Pool Renovation and Repairs and Steve has handled the weekly maintenance on our pool for more than 3 years now. His rates are reasonable, he is pleasant, dependable and always leaves the pool sparkling. He has serviced the equipment, changed the filter, and just recently, replaced the broken handle on our leaf strainer, he just remembered we needed one and picked one up for us! Now that is customer service plus. It is also nice to know who will be showing up in our yard every week! We have been very satisfied and highly recommended Steve's Renovation and Repairs.

 + -1 moreSteve was very responsive to my inquiry and was at my home within 20 minutes of my initial communication with him to check my faulty pool equipment. He inspected my equipment and advised me of both the issues and of what was required in order to keep my equipment functioning properly. He was very courteous and provided follow-up after his visit. It is good to know there are experienced professionals who, even during their peak season, will provide quality customer service. Thanks Steve.
