STAFFORD TILE & STONE

The tiles were beautiful and they had a very nice selection. The salesperson made some very nice choices for the house. He was a bit snobbish and he measured it wrongly. As a result, I had too many tiles for one bathroom and not enough tiles for the other one. I made them take back the tiles that weren?t used. He even said that it wasn?t his job to measure, but it was the contractor?s job. I also ended up talking to the owner. The price wasn?t cheap, but was average. They did give me a credit. The reason why I used them was because they were the only people who had higher quality stuff and I was using it for a small place. I would use them if I had to, but not if I had another option.

Andrew came out and looked at my place, he's got great taste! He made suggestions and communicated with me well. They have a good selection. They were a bit on the pricey side. They didn't measure correctly and it wasn't easy to get credit for their mistake. I had to actually argue with them to get a credit because they argued that they did this "measuring" for free as a "favor". I'm not sure how exactly tile is priced. The quality of the tile was excellent though!

Simply an unbelievable selection. I had no idea tile came in so many varieties. Store also provides installation. Workers were great. On time, cleaned up, great job.
