I had the outside of my vehicle detailed with a wash and wax job. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. They did an awesome job!! I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Charles washed, waxed, cleaned wheels, tires, wheel wells,everything that could possibly be cleaned on the outside. Conditioned leather, dashboard, inside doors, carpet, floor matts, and the cargo area. Very satisfied with professionalism, price, courteous manner, and the labor. The tires look brand new. Can not say enough good things.

Called about a week ago and set an appointment. They arrived early and were very patient and easy to work with since it was raining and grage space was limited. Made sure to advise me that due to limited light availability. They still did an excellent job and I would have been hard pressed to find anyone better. The over all time took about 2 hours and they advised me to leave all the doors open so that it could dry properly.

I called this company based on the reviews here on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. Charles is obviously very experienced in the nuances of detailing. After slyly peeking out the window as they worked a couple of times, I was completely as ease. There were three men in the crew and they went around the car like ballet dancers...each knew his job, all worked hard, and the result is beautiful. I've not seen the vehicle look this good.
Charles and his crew were all polite, respectful, and professional. I will call them again the next time I need this or any of the other kinds of work they do (house washing, etc.).
I reccomend this company very highly

I finally called myself, scheduled an appointment (the earliest was two weeks away), and then nothing. No show, no answer on their phone, no answer to my messages. The next day, he called the gift recipient, apologizing profusely. Rescheduled for Saturday between 9-9:30 AM. He called a bit after 9 to say that he would be at the house at 9:30. They finally showed up after 10 AM. As far as the actual cleaning, it was acceptable, but we had to point out that he had not vacuumed the hatchback rear. He promptly took care of that, but left the cargo net sitting out in the drive. They also left their drink bottles scattered in the driveway. Considering the price of the service, I was extremely disappointed.

Charles did an excellent job. And he was determined to do make sure the work was done well despite equipment problems and heavy rain that delayed moving forward. He takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work.
He also was an excellent communicator which i really appreciated and never dropped the ball when things were delayed due to weather.
The car looks wonderful and the powerwash of the house and deck have never so clean.
Overall, excellent.

Got a coupon for the services. When I called them to schedule, they were quick to set up service. They were a little late showing up, but when they got there, they went straight to work. Truck was very dirty and Badly in need of detailing. Very pleased with the end result. It didn't look showroom new, but I was impressed. I will most definitely use their services again.
