S.M.I.L.E. Inc. of New Orleans (SMILE)

At the suggestion of my contractor, I used S.M.i.L.E to complete the my alarm and wiring of house. My issues began after the installation, when inquiring about add-on products and service. I left numerous messages (5+) for the owner Leo, who had been my point of contact from the beginning. I was wanting to add two universal remotes to my home. Leo never returns calls. I left voicemails on his mobile phone, office phone and e-mails, none of which were returned. I finally ran into an employee of S.M.I.L.E at a home show in the Superdome, some 3+ months later. I expressed my disappointment and frustration. Within a week, the gentleman from the show e-mailed with a price, i chose to use another vendor. 
10 days ago the alarm that S.M.I.L.E installed quit working. I initially called and left a message on the office voicemail. Once again, my call was never returned. I then began calling every couple of hours until someone answered the phone. I explained that I was leaving town and needed someone to come look at my alarm. He told me Leo was out of the office, but that he would personally e-mail/Text Leo and give him my message, and ask Leo to call me. Leo has never called me to this day. I have since found another company to address my problems. 
It is very disappointing to have a vendor install equipment, get it working, and then never follow through with service. I will never use S.M.I.L.E again.
