Did not show up on first day of project and did not call me. This was after I had asked about their crew's availability, scheduled a start date, and confirmed it. Avoided answering questions and giving details about the project. Did not return calls I made to ask about progress. Afterward, I had 3 other shoring contractors take a look at the work and they told me work would need to be redone. Among other items, the newly installed piers were missing hurricane straps, the concrete pads poured were not the size indicated on the contract and were the incorrect depth, one beam was replaced by 2 2x4s, which is insufficient for support, and another beam that needed to be replaced was not.
