Decorative Concrete Service
They print out a pretty picture at the sale, give a price, & end up charging lots more. The job was laid out & looked nothing like the size shown in the picture. So, more concrete was poured and the price went up. It felt like bait & switch. The job was begun, paused for an extended period (I wondered if they'd ever come back & finish), then the finishing was done poorly. The job was supposed to take 3 days or so. It took 3 MONTHS or so AND it was never completed to my satisfaction. This job was taken to the BBB and even THEN nothing was done about it. I learned the BBB has no power. Overall, I feel that the whole experience was frustrating & handled poorly by the company.
