I just recently moved to New Orleans and was looking for a new stylist who could match my color and hair cut. Kerri did both the color and cut and did perfectly the first time.

They are really good. They did a beautiful job.

The entire experience at Salon D'Ingianni was excellent. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. I sat down with Jamie and she asked what I was looking to do. I told her I wanted a little change. I needed a little fun for the summer. She had a bunch of ideas we discussed and she got to work while I sat back and relaxed. After my hair processed and was washed I had a great scalp massage. I didn't want to get up! Jamie cut, dried and styled my hair all in a way I am able to do myself at home. The color was perfect. Just as we discussed. I couldn't be happier. I picked up my kids from school later that afternoon and received a bunch of compliments on how great my hair looks.

I use a girl named Jaime, I think she is the owner and she does a very good job. She is very professional.

For well over two years, I had been having my hair done by my best friend's sister. Although she did great work, she was not conveniently located. I decided to find a salon in my neighborhood so I gave Salon d'Ingianni a try in October 2011. I scheduled a hair cut, color and style. I was initially happy with the results. I retuned in November 2011 for a color touch up and highlights. The first indication that something was wrong was when my husband said: "your hair looks frizzy". I didn't think much of it because I chalked it up to Louisiana humidity. After Christmas, I needed color touch up and decided to return to my best friend's sister. She sat me down in the chair to discuss what we would do and immediately noticed overall breakage and specifically a section of hair near the crown of my head broken off about 2.5 inches from the top. She pointed it out to me and said, in her professional opinion that it was the result of "a high volume of bleach on already bleached hair in foil". Despite the obvious damage already inflicted, I decided to let her color my hair. Perhaps the most bothersome aspect of this is that when I put my hair in a pony tail, or try to pull it back away from my face, the damaged section sticks out like a sore thumb. I decided to call the owner of the salon, Jamie. I related the entire story. She graciously offered to provide me with a deep conditioning treatment which I declined - I felt that it was unfair for me to expect her to do something based on the fact that I didn't bring the problem to her right when it occurred. In any case, my trust has been lost in this salon and I will not return
