If you remember Katrina contractor stories. Inadequate worker. Length of renovation too long. No warranty given but stated in contract. did not respond to text, email or phone call. Having problems with windows leaking and floors are damaged and rugs. Painting peeling and clean was not adequate. I had to get carpet cleaned and floors cleaned due to the dust issues plus all window treatments and rugs cleaned because of severe asthma problems.
