While most feel that Robert's does good work, I have found that the work is wreak less and communication poor. While they fix most of their mistakes, the energy and time it takes to deal with them is not worth it for the service they provide. I have had two major issues with my house and a/c unit as a result of their work. And while both have been fixed, the management and ownership is poor in communicating and is unapologetic in taking up more of the home owners time to sit while they fix their mistakes. Too many other companies in the city to have to deal with multiple mistakes whether they fix it or not.

Brad our service tech was really excellent friendly, skilled and efficient. He located the problem, double checked the wiring on our new thermostat and had us back up and running quickly. We called at 7:30 am and the job was complete by 11am. They kept us informed on the techs arrival. I highly recommend Robert this is the second positive experience I have had with them.

They arrived in the window of time that they provided.  Found out what needed replacing and did a through check over. 

They were able to get me scheduled within a day or two and arrived at the appointed time.  They were just there for the most recent visit to perform routine maintenance on the AC units, but have performed weekend repair (expensive, but they were quick to come and the repairs were good).  
They were informative about the additional work that would be necessary without doing a pressure sale.

The company was professional from beginning to end.  Gave me a bid on exactly the work I wanted performed while letting me know what additional work should be performed in the future.

They sent someone out on a Saturday. His diagnosis was inaccurate, thankfully. They gave me the adjusted numbers and sent someone out. The tech that came out was very well-versed about everything Trane-related. I'm a little confused about how I still managed to spend $2200.00 while the unit was under warranty, but ultimately, I was satisfied.

They're always very professional.

A/C works!!

I hired these guys to fix our A/C unit in the Federal Fibre Mills building in the warehouse district in New Orleans. The maintenance people at Fibre Mills narrowed down the problem to control valve that needed to be replace. Robert's had to order the part which took a little less than a week and they installed it with success. However, when I saw the bill, I was shocked. This one part that the maintenance staff told me costs under $200. However, the total bill was $1,200. That's over $1,000 in labor alone for 1/3 of a day's work. Maybe it's me, but I didn't know this HVAC company charged over $300 per hour! Yikes. I need to change professions.

The job that they did was great. They were super nice. They came right away and fixed what was broken and got the job done. They explained everything. We would use them again in the future.

I added on a couple of warranties, which increased the price. The price was pretty on par. They are a very reliable company. They were very informative and walked me through the whole procedure. It was very well done. They were on time and they were extremely professional.

The process from start to finish was very professional.

I had a very good experience with them. I have had great experiences with them in the past and that is why I went with them again. They were prompt, their price is reasonable, and they are very service oriented.

Robert is excellent at dealing with A/C systems in old, historic homes that were not designed to have heat or A/C. The work guys uncomplainingly spent days sitting in our very hot 3rd floor attic crawl space squeezing in a new unit. They have already followed up on the system to make sure everything is working properly and in the past have always been available for repairs on our previous system.
